## What is TAXO delivery Partner?

TAXO delivery Partner is the work app for couriers of the Taxo delivery platform – for self-employed couriers, companies and drivers of the places that sell through Taxo. Accounts are approved by Taxo.

HOW IT WORKS
• Go Online and see available orders on the board
• Every offer shows your pay, delivery distance, zone and when the order will be ready
• You choose your orders. You don't have to take an offer that doesn't suit you – saying no has no consequences
• Before you confirm, you can put a taken order back on the board, with no penalty
• Sort offers by distance, pay or time
• Navigate to the place and to the customer in the map app you choose (Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps on iPhone)

PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
• Check the package at pick-up and confirm with a slider
• Chat and call the customer in the app – no phone numbers are shared
• Quick messages like "I'm downstairs" or "Leave at the door?"
• Photo proof when you leave an order at the door
• For 18+ goods the app reminds you to check the customer's ID
• Report an undeliverable order with a reason

EARNINGS
• Overview for today, this week and this month
• What has been paid out and what is waiting
• Payouts through the secure Stripe portal

ACCOUNT
• Sign up as self-employed or a company right in the app (company ID, tax ID, face photo)
• Documents, declaration, download your data and delete your account
• Support contact and emergency numbers
• Slovak and English

PRIVACY
The app does not access your location. It opens navigation in the map app you choose.
