## What is Taxsiya Driver?

TAXSIYA is the Polycar Digital SL app for taxi drivers holding a Madrid municipal licence (City Council IMV card).

Free trial month. Then 49.90 € per month, VAT included. NO commission per ride, NO minimum term, NO penalties for declining rides. Polycar Digital SL charges the passenger nothing; it only charges the monthly fee to the professional driver.

RECEIVE RIDES IN REAL TIME
We match your GPS position with nearby passengers. Each ride offer shows the passenger's photo, pickup address, destination and estimated fare. Accept or decline with one tap.

LEGAL HANDS-FREE MODE
Above 10 km/h the app switches to hands-free mode. Accept and complete actions with a large double tap. Compliant with Royal Decree 1428/2003, article 18, on distractions while driving.

ALERTS YOU WON'T MISS
High-priority (time-sensitive) notifications that break through the iPhone Focus mode so a ride offer never goes unnoticed. A missed offer is a lost fare.

OFFICIAL MADRID TARIFF
TAXSIYA does NOT set fares. You charge according to the official taxi meter. The final price is set by your vehicle's meter. The passenger pays you directly: cash, your own card terminal or Bizum.

SUBSCRIPTION WITH NO MINIMUM TERM
Free trial month. Then 49.90 € per month (VAT included) for professional access. No minimum term and no penalties: cancel whenever you want and keep access until the end of the billing period.

LIVE DEMAND INTELLIGENCE
Our AI analyses events in Madrid (concerts, arriving flights, high-speed trains at Atocha, football, weather) and tells you where demand will be high in the next few minutes. Information, not instructions: you decide where to go.

DAILY AI BRIEFING
At 7:00 every morning you get a summary of the day: Madrid weather forecast, relevant events, your numbers from the day before.

DOCUMENTS AND RENEWALS
Upload your ID, taxi licence, liability insurance policy and vehicle inspection once. We warn you 60 days before they expire. Polycar checks your licence against the Madrid municipal register automatically.

SUPPORT AND AI CHAT
24/7 AI assistant for frequent questions. Complex cases are escalated to human support during business hours.

YOUR DATA, PROTECTED
Servers in the EU (Frankfurt). GDPR compliant. Your GPS position is only shared while you are "on duty" with the app open. Full policy at https://taxsiya.com/privacidad.html

The app interface is in Spanish.

TAXSIYA is operated by Polycar Digital SL, Madrid. We are not a private-hire (VTC) company or a ride intermediation platform: we are a pure B2B software service for professional taxi drivers. We do NOT mediate disputes with passengers; complaints go through the official Madrid City Council channels. Private-hire vehicles are NOT admitted. Madrid municipal licences only.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.4 — 2026-10-07

The trip route keeps recording even if you close and reopen the app.

On the way to the pickup, the passenger sees a more up-to-date position.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-09-21

Expiry dates screen: taxi licence, insurance and vehicle inspection dates, with a warning before they expire. Type the date or read it from a photo of the document. The menu shows what has already expired.

Bookings: yours and the available ones, to accept in advance. When a booking is due for pickup, the app enters the ride on its own.

Navigation explains why a route takes a detour and which road closure it avoids.

Tapping a notification opens its screen without restarting the app.

The store listing is now available in English.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-15
