### 2/5 — Issues with duplicated sketches

Somehow the app decided to create copies of the same sketches and basically non of them can be opened. Tried to delete them but they keep coming back. Even if I want to use the original it cannot be opened or causes an error. Nice app but with several issues.

Jagged lines on every stroke on only one side of iPad screen. This was not fixed In the recent update. This doesn’t seem to happen on any other sketching apps. Please fix, don’t see the point on having paid for this app if it doesn’t really work the way it is supposed to.

fantastic app

but …

useless at 240 dpi canvas

pro level artists need a min of 300 dpi canvas resolution AND export at min 300 dpi for commercial work

we are your customers 

for licensable work/export to POD we need absolute min of export at 300 dpi layered psd 

please - work on this 

else - I am waiting on Rebelle for iPad (could take a while)

love your app - please do this

would also love to see more hard edged watercolor brush and granulation (flow of granulation towards edges ;). - but again need 300 dpi export first (or these upgrades won’t matter 😕

This is a great app but when changing the page size for example, it doesn’t stay. ? You cant make a custom pen which would be great and you cant copy from one drawing into another easily which is odd.

My version of Sketches Pro was downgraded to Watercolours last week, for no reason that I could see. As I’d originally paid for Pro, I’m annoyed I can no longer access it without paying again. Watercolours is more fiddly and complicated to use, so I’m not a fan; Sketches was excellent for doing what the title suggests and became a handily visual notebook.

Watercolours does allow me to access and download my Sketches drawings  (as a folder) done in Pro but be aware that nothing other than Sketches seems to open the files, including any online converters that I tried.

I’m disappointed that a useful and engaging little app has gone. I’ll have to search for an alternative.

Thanks but no thanks, I rarely write reviews, but I purchased this app years back. Yet more and more apps are now demanding subscription fees to people who purchased them. Thankfully, I was able to roll back to a previous version, free of these shenanigans. So tired of apps pulling bait and switches on its users. Tesla brought us this ghoulish idea and they’re sinking fast, and I can’t wait for this rather lecherous sales tactic to die off like the 3D movie fad.

Payed for this app 2-3 years ago. It was a one time purchase when I bought it. Not subscription based. Ever since the subscription base has been added, the app will kick me out if I’m not connected to the internet (or if I have no data) because it thinks I didn’t pay for it 😀 and the one time that it does let me draw while offline. It wont save the drawing, it’ll eventually freeze up the whole app without saving my work. It was worth it years ago. But now the subscription update has made it unusable. And it’s such a shame because I really enjoyed the watercolor effect of this app to draw whenever I had free time, it works when connected to wifi but I can’t always be

Just another developer subscribing to the “you’ll own nothing” mindset. Anyone selling any product that locks everything behind solely recurring payment options deserves to be boycotted until they’re joining soup kitchen lines to get by.

Worked on a drawing for a few hours just to have the app glitch and put a giant white square over subject and it wouldn’t undo, totally bugged and ruined the drawing permanently. There are dozens of more reliable drawing apps than this one, don’t waste your time
