I simply love this app. It helps regulate your nervous system at any time. There are short Breathwork sessions for any time within the day with different topics for your needs but there are also longer sessions and even live sessions. 
Kim’s voice is simply the nicest and most calming voice ever! 
I can highly recommend this app. It is simply great. 
Most of all I loved the advent calendar of short breathing sessions. Thank you really much for creating this wonderful app.  The design is also very clean very beautiful and calm!
