I completed all the registration and tied to send money home to resolve an urgent family issue but till now the transaction is still pending. I will not be using this service again and certainly will not recommend it to anyone in my sphere. ### 1/5 — Transaction not processed *2022-06-26, version 1.2* I did a transaction via pay ID it wasn’t processed for days , sent an email to the customer support but reply after few days, I contacted the pay ID mobile via message he couldn’t even resolve the issue but requested I do another transaction with no explanation about the previous one that gone wrong. Hopefully I get my refund. But I will never understand why someone handling my money (most times you need money remitted ASAP) will not even as much as respond to the numbers they put up as contact numbers. Sometimes, 24hrs after a payment has been made, you don’t get a remittance and no one to talk to. Like they don’t care a sec. Outrightly don’t care. You doubt me?
