Biometrics is supposed to speed things up, but for some reason the app forgets and I have to re-enter everything to log in. This makes it challenging when I am on the go. So I called customer support and asked “did you change your app, they said no” I told her well it’s different, she said it’s your device! I ask her if she smoked weed because my device is not going to make the whole app look different! She insisted it was my device! When speaking with customer service there was no apology just said “I opted in”. Not sure how long I’ll have this card. First impression is not good already and card still isn’t activated.
