Then I downloaded your application and a list of questions appeared with no way to answer them. Plus when you logon it says enter your Juror ID but on the letter it says Juror Service Number? And when you enter Juror ID and Zip Code, it blanks it out with * as you enter it, so you can’t see if you entered it correctly. This whole thing is very frustrating. I guess I’ll have to phone your office tomorrow. I must have wasted an hour trying to fill out your user unfriendly software.
