Thanks for being a Taziki's guest. ### 2/5 — App delays order being sent to store *2026-07-24* I ordered food on the app at 4pm. App said food would take 90 mins. After 30 I called the store to see if it would be ready earlier. The staff said they didn’t even have the order yet and the app purposely delays the order because they don’t know how busy the store would be. They said they would make it right away because it wasn’t busy. So inefficient and a very stupid design. I ordered before the peak dinner time yet the app purposely delayed my order until prime dinner time? That doesn’t make any sense. I work and have 4 kids. I have better things to do than sit in my car waiting for food for over an hour. This design makes we more likely to get takeout from somewhere else. **Developer response:** Hi Chris, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry this happened. The app is very convenient. However, I order the signature pasta every weekend. The new version of the app won’t allow you to substitute the chicken with shrimp like the old app did.
