We have modern iPads though and it still crashes frequently. Many of out ticket takers find the interface and navigation confusing. The UI is not particularly attractive either. The part that really drives a lot of us nuts is that the app only works in portrait and won’t rotate to landscape. I’m not sure if this is published by a TT employee or what since it existed before there was even a TT API, but I wish TT would release their own app. ### 5/5 — Works Great. This is our second year using the app. I created user accounts for about 10 folks to scan or otherwise check in people and we had no issues. Very easy to use. As I onboarded people, they were surprised this app had such a low rating for how clean and easily it did what you expected it to.
