We have modern iPads though and it still crashes frequently. Many of out ticket takers find the interface and navigation confusing. The UI is not particularly attractive either. The part that really drives a lot of us nuts is that the app only works in portrait and won’t rotate to landscape. I’m not sure if this is published by a TT employee or what since it existed before there was even a TT API, but I wish TT would release their own app. ### 2/5 — Frustrating!!! *2020-06-10, version 2.2.4* Why would it show unpublished events that are 6 months away at the top of the list? It is just silly!!! ### 2/5 — Stopped working *2019-07-03, version 2.2.1* This app used to work perfectly, but now it’s just a white screen every time I open it. Deleting and reinstalling worked for a day, then back to the white screen... ### 2/5 — Crashes frequently on older iPhone *2019-02-09, version 2.0.1* This app is not reliable I’ve had to delete and reinstall at least 5 times because the app crashes when I go to open it. ### 3/5 — Mixed bag. *2019-06-28, version 2.2.1* Great idea - check-in was super-easy - BUT... 1. The app either works perfectly or crashes, leaving me with a white screen. This is my third time reinstalling it. 2. No way to sync check-in data back to TicketTailor, meaning I can’t download a spreadsheet of attendees - I have to update by hand. ### 5/5 — Works Great. Give it a try. *2021-12-19, version 3.1.17* My team used this app with the online platform TicketTailor this weekend and worked great. This is our second year using the app. I created user accounts for about 10 folks to scan or otherwise check in people and we had no issues. Very easy to use. As I onboarded people, they were surprised this app had such a low rating for how clean and easily it did what you expected it to.
