### 2/5 — Good app but difficult for supermarket shopping

My only problem is that when you order from a supermarket and the value on the receipt is smaller than the amount of money taken from the card (because of missing items, weight of fruits/veg) you need to bypass AI support, get it touch with an employee, send a picture of the receipt and explain what happened. And if you paid with UP card, you receive an e-mail where you have to give the bank account. This whole process is time consuming and in other apps is done automatically. 
Otherwise delivery & app are working great

I ordered food from Tazz for the first and definitely the last time.
The order was placed at 16:41, with an estimated delivery time of 35–55 minutes.

At 17:33, nearly an hour later, I received a notification saying that a courier had finally been assigned and the delivery would arrive between 19:35 and 19:45, so three hours after the order was placed, not 35–55 minutes as promised.

I contacted customer support, and the agent told me the order would be delivered at 18:16. When I asked why I was seeing a 19:35 delivery time, the agent simply replied, “I’ll speed up your delivery,” and then closed the chat.

At 18:08, I got a notification saying the courier had picked up my order, so I thought it really would arrive by 18:16, especially since I live less than 10 minutes away.

But the courier just sat in one place for half an hour. I thought maybe it was a system bug, until I saw that he started driving in the opposite direction from me.

I called to ask why, and he said he had two other deliveries to make before mine.

In the end, my order arrived at 19:07, an hour after the courier picked it up, and two and a half hours after I placed it.
Of course, the food was completely cold, and the receipt from the restaurant showed it had been ready for pickup at 17:01.

After reading reviews online, I realized this wasn’t just bad luck, and it’s a common issue with Tazz.

I strongly advise against using Tazz, and I honestly don’t understand how they’re still in business with service like this. I deleted the app immediately after that order and will never use their service again.

Anulări de comenzi după o oră, fără explicație (nu o singură dată), chat-ul - stai 20-40 de minute să îți răspundă cineva cu o prostie să îți zică ca îți dă voucher de te miri ce 10-15 lei….
O direcție greșită, pe care o știu cei de la Tazz dar nu le pasă ;)

The app works fine, but when it comes to food deliveries, prepare to wait hours and hours for the food. 3 instances, food been delivered 3h or more after the order placed. Contacted the customer service (which answers after 30 min) and to get, well they make it fresh for you. Like what they go and hunt for the meat?they also lied that food is on the way, and food arrives 1h later! Do they walk with the food???use any other apps and avoid tazz that is my advice!

Dont waste your phone memory on the app. Restaurants have higher prices on the app, orders do not get delivered because they do not have couriers, cannot get connected to a customer support and when you do it doesnt help they will tell you the order will arrive and after 2-3h of not ordering from another app the order gets canceled after which they refund your money in 2-3 business days. Vouchers they offer cant be used with food that is on discount (even though restaurants inflate prices in order to put out fake discounts). They “free delivery” isnt so free as you need to order for atleast 40-50ron so you end up paying more if you want to catch the “free delivery”. Deleting the app so that i dont forget about these issues and order again.

I ordered something on a Sunday at 13:00; they didn’t provide any estimate. After a few hours, I tried to cancel the order, but it was impossible because, in contrast to other apps, on Tazz you need to be assigned to a person from Customer Support. My attempts to cancel the order failed three times. The delivery person arrived 7 hours later. I was not home because I had other commitments. He disturbed my neighbor because he called him to call me for some reason. After explaining to him that my order was supposed to be cancelled, he marked it as complete. Then I had to go to Facebook and the Tazz app again. After a few more hours, they answered and said they would refund my money. The incident was just one instance of several issues I've encountered. I used the app around 5–6 times, and I use delivery apps every day. Tazz is simply against their customers at every single level.

If you ever decide to order with Tazz, be aware they do have a poor algorithm of assigning couriers or low personnel. It has happened several times that my orders were ready at the restaurants and took more than an hour for a driver to pick it up. I ended up picking it up by myself several times. Would not recommend unless you want to wait forever….. tazz, do something about this
