I’ve been using TBI app for almost two years now and I’m generally really happy with the UI, it’s user friendly, fast and easy and easy to use, BUT I am confident that seeing this many adds in an app leads to distraction and if there is one app you don’t want to be distracted from while using this is the online banking.

They try to become a leading bank on the Bulgarian market, but their online service takes between 30 min to an hour for an agent to get in touch.
Their app crashes all the time.
Their stock loans don’t reflect the contracts. They charge you extra for any sort of service you might think of, including printing a document, and they charge you a lot.
Their % interest is the same as if you get a loan from a loanshark - around 30% monthly. 

I gave it a chance, twice, in a span of two years and both times i’ve been scammed.

I bought a TV for X amount, paid a first instalment at the cashier, the app didn’t reflect that instalment as if I never paid it.

The app is very useful and functional. Unfortunately I'm rarely using it because it is very slow. Everything is so slow for a modern app: from authentication to reading the notifications.

Πρόκειται για τη χειρότερη εμπειρία δανεισμού. Αν δεν διαβάσετε προσεκτικά τους όρους, θα βρεθείτε προ εκπλήξεως. Είχα χρησιμοποιήσει την υπηρεσία αρκετές φορές για μικρά ποσά της τάξης των 100 ευρώ χωρίς πρόβλημα, αλλά στην τελευταία αγορά για προϊόν αξίας 500 ευρώ κατέληξα να πληρώσω 900. Εφάρμοσαν εξωφρενικό επιτόκιο, σπάζοντας την αγορά σε 72 δόσεις χωρίς καμία ουσιαστική ενημέρωση ή επιλογή.

Όταν συνειδητοποίησα το τελικό ποσό, προσπάθησα να κάνω έγκαιρη αποπληρωμή. Δεν υπήρχε όμως τρόπος να το αλλάξω μέσα από την εφαρμογή. Το κουμπί έγκαιρης αποπληρωμής δεν λειτουργεί και, για να πληρώσεις νωρίτερα, πρέπει να στείλεις email στα κεντρικά τους, να ζητήσεις έγκριση και να περιμένεις να την εγκρίνουν για να μπορέσεις να το κάνεις. Αν απλώς καταθέσεις χρήματα μέσω της εφαρμογής, αυτά προστίθενται στο δάνειο αντί να το κλείσουν.

Η όλη διαδικασία είναι περίπλοκη, χρονοβόρα και παραπλανητική. Δεν θα ξαναχρησιμοποιήσω την υπηρεσία και δεν τη συστήνω σε κανέναν.

This is by far the worst lending experience I have ever had. If you do not read the terms carefully, you will be in for an unpleasant surprise. I had used the service several times for small amounts of around €100 without any issues, but on my last purchase for a €500 product, I ended up paying €900. They applied an outrageous interest rate, splitting the purchase into 72 installments without any proper notification or option to choose otherwise.

When I realized the total amount I had to pay, I tried to make an early repayment. However, there was no way to change it directly through the app. The early repayment button does not work, and in order to pay off the loan early, you have to send an email to their headquarters, request approval, wait for them to approve it, and only then can you proceed. If you simply deposit money through the app, the funds are just added to the loan instead of closing it.

The whole process is complicated, time-consuming, and misleading. I will never use this service again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Avoid that bank — they don’t listen to their customers and can’t resolve even simple issues. Easily the worst bank experience I’ve ever had. 
Regarding your response I have tried to contact costumer services multiple times and the reply was the same. We understand your frustration but we cannot do nothing. So your reply is at least ironic

Πολύ καλή και χρήσιμη εφαρμογή. Δείχνει ξεκάθαρα το ποσό δανείου που μπορεί να σου προσφερθεί, ανάλογα με το αν έχεις ενεργή σύμβαση εργασίας. Εύκολη στη χρήση και χωρίς μπέρδεμα. Η πίστωση γίνεται πολύ γρήγορα, μέσα σε 10–15 λεπτά. Το επιτόκιο είναι σχετικά υψηλό, αλλά λογικό για την ευκολία που προσφέρει.
