Upon my first use it’s not bad, could use a little refinement. Works as I need it to. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Never gets past initial logo screen *2026-03-02* Using iPhone SE with iOS 15.8.6, upon starting the app the logo screen is shown and then nothing more happens. Trying different networks does not matter. Using safari to log into the web portal works but lacks app features such as mobile deposit. Reloading the app or rebooting phone makes no difference. Calling bank for tech support results in them stating they can not help, yet they collect no info to use as a problem report (i include more here than was asked for on phone). ### 1/5 — It’s terrible. Even when you put the correct login information in, almost every time it tells you that your info / device cannot be verified and you have no way of viewing your account, rendering this app utterly useless. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2018-02-07, version 4.1.7.1205* I have had this app for a while now and it worked at first but the past 6 months or so it will not let me log in. It sends me a verification text and I enter the code and then it says the device ID is not found and then closes the app. Really frustrating! ### 1/5 — Very Disappointed *2017-10-19, version 4.1.7.1205* Every time I enable Touch ID, I try to use it and it says it was disabled. So I enable it again and the same thing happens. I’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone, the whole 9 yards and it still happens. Either it won’t let me sign in at all (I know I have the credentials right) or, it will sign me in and then not let me do anything within the app. There are so many issues! I’ve just downloaded it again to give it another shot.
