This has led many people away from using the app. I recommended it to about 50 people, and approximately 37 of them declined because half of the features are premium. In essence, this app is essentially a scam because most of its functionalities require a paid subscription. We would greatly appreciate it if we could view our books and access information on a convenient tab Like the bookshelf. Unfortunately, some of us are financially constrained. For instance, my mother is undergoing cancer treatments, and all our money is currently being allocated to her care. Perhaps the decorative elements and the ability to view books and other features could be made free, while the organization feature could be restricted to paid users. It would be immensely helpful for us to be able to view all our books with their respective colors and titles. I can’t even see what books I put on the tbr… PLEASE consider this matter. It’s really great for the most part! Occasionally I’ll read a book that isn’t already in the app but it’s easy enough to create a new book. The only complaint I would have is I’ve been saving up my “gems” for literally two years (at least 60 books read) and I still can’t afford any of their cute add-ons for the bookshelf customization. It easy to use and I love the goal section as each book lines the shelf and I can visually see how many I have left before I reach my goal. I love the TBR section as well and how easy it is to move to the currently reading tab. And that you can see how far along you are in the book you’re reading on currently reading section. Overall a really nice app. Only down fall is there aren’t many customizations to choose from and you need a lot of gems in order to customize. ### 4/5 — Great!! *2026-07-30, version 5.5* Really helps me keep track of my reading and TBR books! And it’s also very hard to understand and keep in order cause it doesn’t let you change the order. So it’s like a book that I read a year ago in a book that I’m finished today. ### 1/5 — Money Hungry *2026-07-26, version 5.5* This app used to be good before, i downloaded it on a different device and now its just a mess everything costs gems or requires premium mode. I watched the ads a few times to try unlock pink and i didn’t get the gems from any of the times. It’s also frustrating that EVERYTIME you open the app you are offered to buy the premium version and the decline button is tiny and inconveniently placed. Had the app for 10 minutes before deleting, hate when companies switch up like this. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2026-07-23, version 5.5* If I could give negative I would. I tried the free trial and canceled it the same day and now they are still trying to charge me which is making it so I cannot download or update any of my apps. I am beyond annoyed. I was excited for the extra features so I upgraded to a pro account to my surprise doesn’t do anything. Any features I tried to use after upgrading just kept taking me a page telling me I need to pay for a pro account which I already did so now I am just confused. My final straw was it constantly, CONSTANTLY, kept crashing on me. It’s very tedious and cumbersome. It also never works and shuts down on its often. I emailed them on Monday and still the same issues. I’m about to just delete my account. Doesn’t respond to customers. Lost all my book data. Thought I really liked this app. Spent hours adding & reviewing each book. I created an account and paid for their pro plan for the year. Really wished I had listened to the other reviewers. The app completely lost all the data! I did all the troubleshooting and emailed their “report a bug” because they don’t have a customer service contact. Never heard from them! Sucks I’ll be cancelling the app and now that I know it sucks I’ll have to got back and tell all the people that I told previously that it was a great app that its actually really terrible. It was really time consuming and if you’re a reader you know time is precious. ** Just looked again and there contact method is a gmail account. And their “developer website” is a TikTok account. Jeez should have known better. What a scam** UPDATE almost 2 weeks since I reported & I still haven’t heard from anyone.
