I’ve just tried logging in this morning and it has asked me to answer all five security questions - with the added bonus of not telling me which actual questions I set in the first place! I have to choose the correct question, and remember the answer. Utterly frustrating - an absolute pile of rubbish of an app. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-08-28, version 7.1* This app is impossible to login in to or be able to reset password or set security questions. Just sends you round in circles. It’s appalling and, judging by the other reviews, the vast, vast majority are of the same view. I’ve spent hours, literally hours, trying to access this app. When I finally get through and try again a few days later, it doesn’t recognise my credentials so I have to go through the whole process all over again. The developers seem intent on doing absolutely nothing about it judging by the other comments. Needless to say, I’ve deleted. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2024-08-08, version 7.0* One day suddenly said error authentication. Tried to reset password but gave me the wrong security questions. Had to call, asked questions I can’t answer just to get a person. support guy sounded like he was in a cave and was having a separate conversation whilst dealing with me. He did get the password reset but it’ll last 24 hours and no way for me to reset it. App threw out messages this show coding errors. Gave up. It was particularly very handy to select my benefits at the annual window whilst I was on the train - rather than do it on a big screen in the office. I often forget that I need to do things when in work so having this access means I can do them at any time. As the app is on my phone I have full privacy too.
