Es sind die kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten, die durch die App verschwinden: Das Ballprogramm hat man meist nicht griffbereit wenn man etwas nachschlagen will, die Orientierungsfunktion (die dank Ball WLAN ausgezeichnet funktioniert) erspart die unzähligen "wo bist du?" Telefonate und Nachrichten bzw. macht das finden der Treffpunkten und Orten richtig leicht. Für (Quadrill)Tänzer erleichtert die Erinnerungsfunktion, die auf den Spiel Plan des Orchesters abgestimmt ist den Abend und man verpasst keines der ausgewählten Lieder.
