We started using this at work, and I realized it can also help with my home life. I’ve had people reach out because of it, even though I have a hard time asking for help. I often try to hide when I’m not doing well, and this helps break down that wall before things become catastrophic. 

Professionally, it helps me understand my people better and tailor my approach. I was recently told that ‘something is different about me—in a good way.’
