## What is TC Timer?

TC Timer is the essential game day tool for baseball Technical Commissioners. Set the first pitch time for all your games across the day, select your the pre-game ceremony format (length), and TC Timer will keep you on schedule from the moment you arrive at the ballpark, ensuring home team batting practice, away team warm-up, ground crew changeovers etc run exactly on time. No more watching the clock — TC Timer manages the timeline. Works completely offline, running quietly in the background on your device.

This update adds full support for Premier12 pre-game milestones, giving Technical Commissioners a dedicated timing sequence tailored to Premier12 games — including warm-up, infield preparation, and pre-game ceremony timings specific to that format. We've also refreshed the app icon for a more accurate baseball look on your home screen.

Setup
- New "BP in Cage" toggle per game for accurate field preparation countdown timing
- "Anthems" is now a toggle, switch it on if the pre-game ceremony needs to include national team anthems so the last field prep time is reduced
- Larger fonts and buttons throughout for easier use during live games

Timer Screens
- Parallel milestones now displayed in a single card — see field maintenance time remaining while BP is ongoing
- Countdown to first pitch always visible for each game

Game On
- Disruption button to time rain delays etc, turns red at 30 minutes to flag extended stoppages
- Changeover timer tracks each inning changeover with per-team averages
- New Notes feature — log moments during the game with free text, collected in a list
- Share changeover averages and notes via CSV to email
