## What is TCAD app?

This is the first semiconductor device simulation software that has been ported to mobile devices.  It simulates diode behavior for different parameteric selections.

App rename to "TCAD app".

### 1.6 — 2023-10-20

Added ability to control length of acceptor and donor doped regions.  Added support for an intrinsic region.  It is also possible to now control the number of nodes in each region.
