There are however some fundemental issues that drive me nuts. For example the app NEVER retains my login preferences. I'd prefer biometrics which is an option in Settings but whenever I try to use it, the app "forgets" the change. I had Instant Balance working for a bit but now it tells me I need to set it up....again.....for the 50th time.... What is the point of having settings and preferences if they never actually stick? I don't know if this is happening anytime they update the app or if this is just a fancy skin over the website but it's incredibly frustrating! ### 5/5 — Absolutely Awesome *2026-01-11, version 25.1.70* I’ve been a member of this credit union for 40 years. I will never do my banking or loans anywhere else. Very friendly service, and knowledgeable employees. Thank you ### 3/5 — Difficult to deposit mobile checks *2024-07-09, version 24.1.71* The app is very pick when it comes to taking a picture of the back the check for the endorsement. If it is not in the exact spot, although the signature is clearly above the endorsement line, it says it can’t find the endorsement. It takes 4-5 tries sometimes to deposit a check! ### 5/5 — Love the app *2023-08-27, version 22.2.211* I love the app it does what is supposed to do and i can get the info i need at the time it would be nice to see a version for the iPad if there is not one alrady ### 1/5 — 1 month and still no corrections of issues *2023-06-29, version 22.2.211* One of the biggest issues for me now is I log into the app with my password I go to do an internal transfer from checking to savings and asked me for my password again I put in my password. It says the password is invalid. I cannot transfer money between accounts. I have to call and get placed on hold for 15 minutes every time I want to do a transfer. Second big issue is I cannot login on my computer anymore. I try to use the password on there and it says it’s invalid and it locked me out but let me use the password on the app. I’ve been a member since 2009. I’m going to Citadel and open up a checking account and going to start getting my checks direct deposit into that account. I’m closing my Tri-County area federal credit union accounts. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2023-05-15, version 22.2.211* This app is not good. I do not see an overview of all accounts. Ive had a tcafcu account for 15 years now and im honestly thinking about closing my account due to the terrible customer service. Ive been unable to see whats in my bank account for a week now.
