Usually it takes 3-4 times to get it to go through. It is very frustrating and wasn’t like this in the past. We have been excellent customers for 17 years and get questioned for every transaction we try to do. We are not the problem. It’s our money. If you haven’t updated yet I’d wholly advise to hurry and update. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling which was a BIG mistake bc that just made it harder to find the app. It WAS saying to update the app every time i went to open it before and today it isn’t even doing that. So i have had to go through the App Store every time i want to look at my account.
