## What is TCEEGE?

Updated App Description

TCEEGE is a mobile application developed for the mobile TOS (Terminal Operating System) operations of TCEEGE Terminal.
This public app provides general information about TCEEGE Terminal and its services. Public users can learn about the services offered by the terminal and easily access contact details for further inquiries.

In addition, the application offers registered users access to specific operational dashboards and detailed information related to their own operations. Registered users can:

Monitor the real-time status of vessel arrivals

Access detailed stock information at the terminal yards

And more operational insights

A registration process is required to deliver user-specific data. Registration can be completed directly through the application — no separate subscription is needed. User registration permissions are granted by the port administrators.

For account security and to prevent data breaches, a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process with SMS validation is applied during registration and login. These processes do not redirect users to any external websites or require any additional subscriptions. This registration is not a paid content offering or an In-App Purchase. All public content is accessible without login.

Note for Reviewers:
To bypass the 2FA authentication process during testing, the validation PIN code is provided in the “Notes” section of this submission.
