Forcing me to update my phone when I don’t want to do that because it creates so many issues for my phone just to use your app is terrible for your customers. Don’t force your customers to do something. They don’t want to do in order to do their banking, you should fix this immediately

My iPhone 8 does not support iOS 17, but otherwise works great. TCFCU is requiring me to update to iOS 17, which basically requires me to purchase a new/later edition phone—which is very expensive. I can log in on the web, but this is not nearly as easy or especially SAFE. This is extremely disappointing and, I feel, prejudiced towards those who have more money and this can afford to purchase new phones. Only one other airline app has required iOS 17; all my other apps still work great—and are safe, secure and private.

Before these updates, I had another account linked to my TCFCU account that served as the payment for my credit card. Now, that account was removed from my TCFCU account which made it a hassle to pay off any credit card debt. Not only that, the ability to go on to the website to pay off any credit card debt isn’t even an option anymore making paying an inconvenience and nearly impossible unless I write a check to myself from the other account.

It doesn’t look any easier and did you guys even add “Zelle”the money transfer.

Love their bank and the app. Only downside is no Zelle integration within the app. Have to use the Zelle app separately and sign in every time. Other credit unions have Zelle right in the app. Definitely recommend adding Zelle integration. This would make me give 5 stars.

I submitted a check with mobile app and was told it was the Wrong account and that my name wasnt on the account.  How can i have access to an account in the mobile app if my name isnt on it?  So I submitted again. We will see if it works this time.

I love the TCFCU App because it makes it very easy to see all your pending transactions as well as all transactions   I don’t have to wait for my statement and I don’t have to go to the back to check my balance!
