Update for pitch black ### 2/5 — Started Off Good *2026-06-15, version 4.9* So when I got the app I was able to scan as many cards as I had without a limit. After they added a limit of 3 cards at a time I decided to do a free trial so I can at least scan all the cards in a short amount of time. The 3 day free trial is BS it’s only 2 days and they don’t send a notification or email saying time is almost up. I’m unable to get a refund and it’s upsetting because I refuse to spend $40 to scan cards. At this point the app pretty much sucks because of the paywall. ### 4/5 — Missing things I wish it had *2026-05-31, version 4.7* I live the concept of keeping your collection in an app, the cost, possible value, etc. BUT, I would like to be able to manually enter cards that are not in the search. I have Korean copies and unable to add the to my collection. Also I would like to put my ungraded cards as unknown for condition. It was completely free and had a bunch of cool features. Key word “was”. The app now has a subscription service, and limits you to 15 scans a day among other things. And the they didn’t even add anything new, they just put some of the existing features behind a paywall. ### 2/5 — It WAS good *2026-02-12, version 4.2* Not gonna hold anyone but this app was a full 5 stars for me until they added this lame “+Plus” junk. I liked this app over Collectr and a few others for the simple fact it was free and simple to use, now it’s pay to use trash that honestly is gonna make me use it less and less. Then, overnight, they added a paywall. It’s still affordable, but the 9,000+ cards I had already scanned in, were now dependent on a paywall.
