First of all I paid for the premium with no ad banners and still have an ad banner at the bottom of the screen, so that’s not cool. Second, when I take the picture of a card to pre-grade, it takes the picture does the loading circle thing with text that say “checking corners” and all that, and then nothing. Just a mostly black screen with some writing at the bottom that’s too covered by the ad banner (that I paid to get rid of) to read what it says. **Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies. We understand your frustration, especially regarding the ad banners after upgrading to Premium. This is indeed a bug, and we are already working on a solution. A patch will be released within the next week to remove the banners and resolve the black screen issue you mentioned. Our technical team has noted that these specific errors typically do not occur on newer iOS and Android models running the latest software, but we are committed to fixing this for all users. Nachdem ich die App für 10€ gekauft habe wird nochmal ein Abo von 5€ pro Woche verlangt um unbegrenzt graden zu können. **Developer response:** Hallo, leider sind die Kosten durch eine deutlich verbesserte Analyse, sehr stark gestiegen. Da wir die beste Erfahrung für alle Benutzer der App gewährleisten wollen, und auch für alle, die Interesse an diesem Format haben, wollten wir diese Verbesserungen durchsetzen. Die mittlerweile extrem genauen Analysen und der deutlich verbesserte Grading flow in dem Zusammenhang mit der neuen namens recognition, verbessern nicht nur die Benutzererfahrung, sondern macht die App zu etwas Besonderem.
