I scaned a full art card and all of a sudden it called it a common card and said it was 1$ but it cost 16$ it's so bad

I graded my new card and it said that the surface was an 8.5 when the other grading app gave it a 10 and this app gave the whole new card by 8.5 when the other one gave her a 9.5. Also you can only grade 2 of your cards and I put it to reference my Bulbasaur from stellar crown that isn't in the best condition and it said that my Bulbasaur was a nine when my immune that is 9.5 on the other app is a 8.5 on this app.
