## What is TCH?

An application and device for reporting and treating your Fibromyalgia symptoms. The FibroNova device is an investigational device for the treatment of fibromyalgia and is not yet available on the market. This application is intended for use only as a part of the TCH-101 clinical study and under the advisement and supervision of the study staff.
Application shall be used only by TCH-101 clinical study participants in US and Israel after passing the pre-clinical screening by selected hospitals/clinics and in conjunction with the medical device that will be distributed by the clinic.

For the 2nd day in a row that I used the app, I’m unable to answer accurately for the cognitive health section in my fibromyalgia questionnaire. The little button will not slide. All of the other screens work fine. My baseline score can’t be accurate without an accurate score on every individual question.
