Use only if you want to throw away your money! ### 1/5 — Poor Service *2019-09-30* Be careful with same day purchases. They don’t have tickets and depend on sellers to transfer. I missed the beginning of my event and they refused to even waive the service charge. ### 1/5 — Fake tickets *2019-03-15* I bought tickets for a Dallas Stars game and when I received a confirmation email for the tickets thru Ticketmaster, I could not view the tickets at all. I called Ticketmaster and they saw that the tickets only said “Extra Event”. Basically the tickets were not tickets. I spent $193.10 on non tickets. Will NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN! Total scam! Use SeatGeek instead, at least every ticket is real. Lots of crashes and bad ticket searching. What I like about this app is that there are a million different ways to find different seats. It's hot in Atlanta, so being able to find shaded tickets is a blessing now that it's summertime. Or if I want to spend more on the 755 Club, I can find the best deal by looking at the map. Cool maps and tons of options. Ticket prices seem to be about on par with everyone else, but it's so much easier to find good deals.
