It’s as if the app was made to annoy you, plus the configuration it has for mesh systems is limited, to put it nicely

Worthless Wi-Fi , can never ever connect. Lights are always red despite trying everything. 
No customer service.

I rarely write reviews but I have to this time. I bought the TCL mesh wifi system. Download this app, setup and everything is fine. Closed all my apps and reopen this app, I received the message saying cannot connect to the router/WiFi. Uninstalled app and reinstalled twice, same error. I’m returning the device and deleting this app

The screenshot is not the same as in the app.

The app does not have a way to configure the router to use WPA2.

The router does not serve a web page to allow configuration either. So you have to use this app.

So I am stuck with WPA1 which is considered insecure these days.

Would be nice to have monthly updates, and a more easy way to know devices cause it defaults to unknown. So difficult to know what device is what.
