TCP & UDP Packet Sender is a focused network utility for developers, QA engineers, network admins, and hobbyists. Compose a message, choose a protocol, hit send, and see exactly what comes back — down to the byte.

COMPOSE & SEND
• Send TCP or UDP packets to any host and port
• Enter payloads as UTF-8/ASCII text or raw HEX (flexible hex parsing: spaces, 0x, commas, and \x are all accepted)
• Live byte counter and a full hex-dump preview before you send
• Send once, repeat a set number of times, or flood — with a configurable delay between sends
• Randomize the destination port on each send

SECURE CONNECTIONS
• TLS over TCP and DTLS over UDP with a single toggle

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO (PLEASE READ)
This app operates at the TCP/UDP (transport) layer using Apple's standard networking stack. Because iOS does not grant apps raw-socket access, it cannot:
• Craft raw IP or Ethernet frames
• Set raw TCP header flags such as SYN, ACK, RST, PSH, or URG (so it cannot perform SYN scans or spoofed segments)
• Send ICMP/ping, run a raw traceroute, or do ARP / Neighbor Discovery
• Build IPv6 extension headers or 6to4 tunnels

If you need TCP/UDP messaging, testing, and inspection — this is your tool. If you need raw packet crafting, that requires a desktop OS with root privileges.
