The challenge to try to cancel a subscription is so great through the app that it requires the user to call customer service to do so. It should not require a subscriber to have to jump through hoops to manage their subscription. This is a very unethical business practice.

Scrolling though its a good site

You updated the “Newspaper” version to use keyboard scrolling arrows. Now it’s time to make the same function on the “new stories” so those of us who use iPad bluetooth keyboards can scroll the articals without having to drag our finger across the screen.

I sent the above message about 2 weeks ago AND NOW YOU HAVE MADE BOTH VERSIONS NEWSPAPER AND NEW STORIES VERSIONS TO NO LONGER WORK AT ALL WITH KEYBOARD SCROLLING ARROWS. WOW, YOU’RE GETTING WORSE. Great way to run off customers.
