Even when the option to download an older version of the App is used it blocks going forward unless u update to the very app that won’t load on iOS 16. End up going in circles. ### 1/5 — Unable to use app now. *2026-04-11, version 19.3.0* The app requires an update, but I’m unable to update as I’m staying on iOS 16, and I’m unable to update the app cause it needs iOS 17+. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — Latest Update makes it impossible to use *2026-04-08, version 19.3.0* Just when the TCU app was stable the developers added an update making the app obsolete on devices below iOS 17.0 The motto for the developer is “We’re not happy until you’re not happy!” This is consistently one of the worst financial apps available. ### 2/5 — Face ID stopped working *2025-12-27, version 19.3.0* The app has been great, but the update in Dec 2025 killed the Face ID function. ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2025-12-06, version 19.3.0* December update advertised…no longer can open w transfer. No updates I can manually make. Thanks once again TCU app. Most persnickety app I have had and I’ve had it for a long time. Never gets better. I never rate things. That’s how frustrating this app Is. Unrelated…only bank without debit Mastercard( too risky apparently) they need to get with the times. Maybe these Things are related ### 1/5 — terrible. *2025-11-09, version 19.2.1* app never works, never lets me log in. this is a banking app that won’t even let me access my money. this is absolutely ridiculous considering the purpose of this app is to access and view my money and it can’t even let me do that. i can’t even view how much money i have in my account or make an e-transfer or anything. Not happy for it ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2025-02-01, version 19.0.2* I have been am member of credit unions for 50 plus years 16 years with TCU. I find the performance of the app to be unacceptable. Every time an up date occurs I have to delete the app and reload it to make it work. Have told CU if issue but nothing has come of it ### 1/5 — Still fails *2024-06-14, version 18.0.4* They keep doing dates and it still garbage app. I have to delete and reinstall at least once a month to be able to log in. This is irritating.
