Emisión de un ID electrónico al ciudadano sobre su dispositivo móvil. Elimina la necesidad de tarjetas físicas para el acceso a servicios

El registro requiere identificación presencial previa
La identificación se prueba mediante la posesión del dispositivo móvil:
1) El servicio solicita identificación al usuario
2) El ciudadano autoriza el acceso desbloqueando su móvil
3) El servicio recibe la autorización
