The Tele-Doc Weight Loss program is a tele-health medical practice specializing in bariatric medicine.  Our weight loss program is based on years of experience and research to combine ground-breaking advancements in technology with care driven, medically guided lifestyle change.  With Remote Patient Monitoring (RMP) we incorporate many services and tools you might experience in a conventional clinic during weekly virtual visits conveniently conducted in the privacy of your own home.
