This is the worst streaming app. Do not use it. It freezes constantly, you need to close and sometimes uninstall the app. And this is not a free app with ads, this is an expensive monthly subscription that works poorly. Pure garbage.

Señores del soporte técnico, sí usted que esta leyendo este comentario, Sí tienen vergüenza ajena renuncien por favor. Me pregunto donde estudiaron, por que su pésimo trabajo, nos pone como usuarios de esta aplicación con un enojo 😡 y nunca podemos observar la programación continua siempre con pausas e interrupciones y nunca dan soluciones correctas a estos problemas.

La aplicación está bien pensada a nivel de diseño, pero la experiencia de uso deja mucho que desear, especialmente en Smart TV. Hay funciones básicas que simplemente no funcionan, como el botón de salir, lo cual da la impresión de que la aplicación no pasó por un proceso adecuado de control de calidad.
El mayor problema son las transmisiones en vivo. Durante el Mundial de Fútbol 2026 observé retrasos de hasta 1 o 2 minutos respecto a la señal original. Además, el ancho de banda asignado para el buffer parece insuficiente, ya que en los momentos más importantes, como penales o jugadas clave, la transmisión se congelaba constantemente y la calidad bajaba de HD a resoluciones mucho más bajas.
Otro punto muy frustrante es la gestión de la carga cuando hay miles de usuarios conectados al mismo tiempo. La imagen se congela con frecuencia y la plataforma no logra mantener una reproducción estable. También encontré problemas con la función de casting desde dispositivos móviles hacia Smart TV, donde la imagen se muestra en orientación vertical en lugar de ajustarse correctamente a la pantalla.
Utilicé el servicio únicamente porque no existía una alternativa online mejor para Costa Rica durante el Mundial, pero la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. La aplicación necesita muchas mejoras en estabilidad, rendimiento y pruebas de calidad antes de poder recomendarse. Apenas termine mi suscripción actual, no tengo intención de renovarla.

De las peores apps que he utilizado. La interfaz no es intuitiva. La señal se pega a cada rato. Además pierde constantemente la calidad del video. Se pixela por varios minutos. Y varias veces produce un error al no poder cargar algun canal.

I hope they take Apps like Disney or Netflix as a reference. I can tell it very cheaply made. And the constant video feed drops is annoying. 

I would say the same for the Samsung TizenOS version too. Please make it a better App!

No se puede ver un partido en esta aplicación, para ser de paga deberían mejorar el servidor por que es imposible, se pega demasiado la transmisión, y es algo que pasa si siempre
