I. An never ever get in I have to go through the website to pay my bill. Very annoying!

The app is experiencing frequent crashes, resulting in users being logged out approximately every 40 to 60 seconds. Multiple attempts to resolve this by deleting and re-downloading the app have been made, but the issue persists. It would be beneficial for the development team to address and fix the underlying problems causing this instability.

I have had this app since I had internet & I’ve only been able to get into it a few times. It’s extremely frustrating ! I keep getting an “error 500”! Needless to say it would be great if it worked as you guys say it works. Please fix the issue
