Locked out multiple times. Will not recognize Ans Y identifying information and no tech support. Makes you call the number and they are on,y available Monday through Friday. Attempted to just see my freaking Balance in my account and can’t access the app. The website for our benefits does not list balances ans statements……available in the app. ### 1/5 — Zero stars! *2019-01-06* Unable to use app. Every time you try to use it a pop up comes on the screen saying to make sure you are using the updated version.
