After following a human detected, it should go back to “home”. After rebooting, after a power failure, same thing. How difficult it is to implement this???

I keep getting false alerts for human detection when there’s no one present, or 1h later and lately lots of triggers for pet detection even when the camera is disconnected and boxed !!

It’s really strange that a big technology name like Tenda doesn’t provide proper iPad support for the TDsee app. In 2026, you’d expect a company of this scale to keep up with modern devices, but the app still feels outdated. Trying to install it on my iPad is frustrating it’s stuck in the past and doesn’t match the standards users expect today. Tenda needs to step up and deliver a fully optimized iPad version to keep pace with competitors and meet customer needs.

Depois de 2 anos usando as câmeras sem problema algum, fiz uma atualização e não consegui mais acessar as câmeras do wifi de minha casa. Entrei em contato com o suporte, fiz tudo o que me mandaram e nada!!! Então sugeriram que seria meu wifi, entrei em contato com minha operadora e nada estava errado!! Mas o suporte não leva em conta que possa ser algum bug no aplicativo. Enfim: 7 câmeras sem utilidade no meu estabelecimento.. MUITO DESAPONTADA

The sound patches, there are no updates to be done but the sound on the camera is unusable and really irritating. It’s almost pulsing on and off and of course the link for app support leads you to a fully Chinese website which is of no help what so ever.

So I’ve been paying for the subscription for almost a year now and the last couple days it’s been recording and when I click on recordings it says no video when there clearly is, I’ve tried to renew it to see if it makes a difference and it didn’t it’s just charged me again! The latest update keeps pushing cloud storage ads every where forcing user experience down hill. This app is for a PAID product you already made profit from the hardware. If you really want to consider the cloud storage, please do it with bothering the user experience. The latest update also caused alarm not triggered.

Pas de problème pour la mise en place de l’appareil, connectivité au top, possibilité de l’éteindre allumé à distance, la vision nocturne est super, les notifications lors d’un mouvement sont parfaites

Отличное приложение , все работает. Единственное замечание имею на уведомление движения. При включенном датчике движения уведомляет постоянно о каждой пылинке о каждом движении ветра. Ежеминутно ежесекундно приходят уведомления о движении. Не удобно. Отключил из за этого уведомления , из за этой проблемы не замечу о реальной опасности так как отключил и приходится постоянно заходить и мониторить. Исправьте или может мне нужно что то подправить, заходил в настройки уменьшал чувствительность все равно не помогает.

My camera works fine. It has a much brighter light than my Aosu cameras and stays on near enough all night. It’s like a beautiful front door light. Records fine. I can retrieve videos and record a video myself going through the timeline plus save to the TDSEE ALBUM as well. Make sure you save your videos to this album and have good back up or a hard drive to store them on. 
Sound effects is great. Alarm and colour of the images are perfect too. Records and lights up from long distances too as soon as it detects movement or lights - cars and people. You need patience for all cameras when setting them up it can be annoying getting them to connect to the internet and configure all the right settings but well worth it especially when you live in a Anti-Social area. 5* from me.

He agregado mi cámara en menos de 5 minutos, se puede ver a tiempo real, tomar fotos o vídeos y configurarla para que grabe si detecta movimiento. La opción de poder compartir la cámara con otra cuenta es top si quieres que varios miembros de la casa puedan verla.

A mí la aplicación me va perfecta, pude registrarme al instante. Las cámaras tienen precios muy competitivos y la configuración fue fácil y rápida. Ademas los precios de la nube no están nada mal.
