It does show and work but it does not cover the whole iPad screen. No one wants The screen to flip to landscape mode. NOBODY!!! Why are you completely unresponsive to this complaint? We HAVE TO use it every day and we don’t want it. Having Apple CarPlay support is a layup for this app. It would be huge. The developers really need to lobby Apple hard to make that happen. This is dispatching software Apple not allowing it is actually irresponsible. There are features that are missing which seem obvious to have like proper map integration, and there isn’t a way to move or reorder the stops at all so when you get a new job, it just randomly throws it in your list which is inefficient. The app constantly crashes and creates an “invalid driver” flag rendering the app useless until you call everyone to sort while you’re on the road... there is vast room for improvements here and maybe it would be worth a few discussions with actual drivers to get an idea of what options are going to make this app better ### 1/5 — App only works on WiFi with new iPhones *2020-11-18* App only works on WiFi on the new iPhones. Users be aware - this app will constantly send your location even after app is closed. I was contacted to pick up a route even though I was both inactive and not logged in to the app itself. App will be very harsh on your battery and drain the life out of it. I suggest you not download this app if you have and iPhone. Go get a cheap android phone to use this app on and connect with your iPhone’s hotspot. Not worth the headache by downloading it on your daily use phone. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2020-09-12* App activates my speaker and makes noises when my phone is on silent. Also it forces my phone into landscape orientation and gets stuck. And some buttons are unresponsive or very slow to respond. All of the routes show the wrong city. None of the routes are timed correctly. I don’t have enough time to get from store to store according to the app. And the exception codes make no sense. There’s no code for “this is just how long it took to unload the parts, load the other parts, take care of the paperwork and do the job.” I get multiple people from management getting mad at me, essentially because this app is a piece of garbage. Management is also not very friendly. Also, the app makes noises when my phone is on silent. ### 1/5 — Worst professional app *2020-07-29* This app is horrible for business all around, and clearly isn’t updated. To work properly, you need to delete and reinstall the app every day, which should send immediate red flags up. The pictures that it takes are garbage and blurry, as if the app doesn’t have any storage space for higher quality. The app runs in the background, always constantly asking for location service permission and draining your battery. Whenever it alerts you, it plays this unnecessarily long and loud bell (about 5 seconds). Camera does not stay put to focus on barcode and it’s extremely difficult to scan. Near impossible to utilize. ### 1/5 — Great new feature *2022-05-21* Selecting depart now auto pops the keyboard up but doesn’t even put the cursor in the box. So you have to clear the keyboard and put the cursor in to add a name. Even worse, the keyboard comes up after each scan. So you have to clear the keyboard after each scan, which is really fun with multiple scans. Let’s start from the beginning, the initial release. When this first released it was the best thing that ever touched this world, the difficulty of expert mode and elite mode was phenomenal. That feeling when you got when you expert mode on Oil Rig for your first time was amazing. Next, the endless mode update; the amount of new content this gave us too hard to explain with words. The new golden towers, the new endless mode, the new bosses and new powerups was the best I’ve seen out of any tower defense game. Let’s not also forgot the 2024 Halloween Event - the introduction of multiple paths and the “Defend The Artillery” mechanic is something so surreal I wish there was a way to express how universal this was. The new flame trooper and relic tower, the new lore and bosses! Ahh don’t get me started!!! Before the final update I want to mention something - the 2024 Christmas Event, the new introduction of negative resistances and insane amount of lore is wild. Finally the expert rework, ever since the endless mode update expert before a joke. Get up in my face and say “Sentry being able to solo is balanced” and see what happens. Now it adds a new level of difficulty and a reason to call it “expert mode”. Melee resistance, energy resistance, laser resistance! The new Eradicator Mark II+ boss fight is the last thing I want to say. The ability to shoot down helicopters and rage mode that heals itself is astonishing to say the least. Manual input is a problem cuz you can’t enter multiple items. Please look into this as it makes for a difficult experience in front of the customer.
