Just take a picture of the hotel folio when you check out and it grabs all the info pretty accurately, (even the weird multi-night ones with all the taxes and room charges). This was clearly made by someone who actually goes TDY and gets how annoying the whole voucher process is. Still a few small quirks but overall it’s already saving me a bunch of time and headache (and found a few expenses I was missing).
