## What is Te Taupānga?

At Toi Ohimai Institute of Technology we truly believe that our students’ success is key to the success of our whole region. That’s why we’re here - to help make their dreams a reality.
 
Te Taupānga is an educational resource produced to help staff , students and our wider community to interact in te Ao Māori, the Māori world.
 
We’ve included information on te reo Māori, tikanga and waiata, to help you understand more about our unique and shared cultural heritage.
 
This app aims to increase your knowledge and confidence within a Māori context. It is a tool to give you insight into the Māori world and use in your everyday mahi.
