Also descriptions of teas and what’s in them would be great and give you more options to put things in them. Some do and some don’t. I like milk and whipped cream and cannot put that in on a lot of them. Also let you choose flavor of extra energy shot. ### 2/5 — Location Screen Bug *2025-08-12* The app is great, but there is a pretty big bug that should be addressed. For whatever reason if you sign into your account you have to pick a location off the bat which normally would be fine, but it gets stuck trying to load the locations even though I already chose my favorite location when signing up. (Yes my permissions are correct for the app to use my location and yes I’ve restarted it, uninstalled it everything you could do to make it work, even used other devices and it did the same thing) I am assuming this is a newer bug because it seems people with old accounts don’t have this problem but for me just creating my new account it’s a big issue and makes it to where I have to continue as a guest just to use the app. Once the bug is addressed I’ll change my rating to a five until then it’ll stay at a two. ### 3/5 — But I Love Tea2Go! *2025-02-28, version 2.5* Rewards are spotty at best. I will go months with no problem, and then two weeks without any of them crediting, especially when I don't buy through the app. And the reason I don't buy through the app is because it started adding a random $.10 to every drink at checkout. I LOVE the T’energy drinks! Superman all the way!! The 3 stars are for the app. The app works well for ordering ahead BUT the rewards never work. The in-store system works great but the app does not. Right now I have 2 reward points but the app says I have zero. It never shows up in the app. After 10 point you get a free $10 or less drink. There are three locations in my town but the app says there are none and you can’t use the app without selecting a location so I can’t use the app, it’s not functional. So then I tried to sign in and it said there was not an account with that email and password. So now I cannot earn rewards.
