## What is Teacart?

Teacart is a quiet place to notice how you're doing.

Once a day the cart rolls by. You pick a filling for how you feel, set the steam for your energy, and write one honest line. It takes a minute. That's the whole thing.

WHAT YOU GET BACK
Fill a few baskets and Teacart starts noticing things you might not — which days run heavier, whether moving your body lifts you, how this week compares to the last. Patterns only, drawn from your own entries. No advice, no scores, no telling you how you ought to feel.

A GENTLER STREAK
Runs are worth keeping, but life gets in the way. Miss a day and a rest chit covers you — earned by showing up, never bought. A streak here is an encouragement, not a debt.

A LITTLE RED ENVELOPE
Some days, filling your basket earns you a red envelope — a small, quiet nod that you showed up. They're not a currency and they don't unlock anything you'd otherwise pay for. Just a small thing that turns up now and then, the way a good habit sometimes surprises you.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Along the way, Teacart marks a few things worth marking — a first week, a long run, showing up on a hard day. No leaderboard, nothing to chase. Just a record that it happened.

A TABLE, IF YOU WANT ONE
Share a table with a few people you trust. They see that you filled a basket and how long your run is. They never see your mood, your energy, your notes, or your tags — those never leave your account. Leave the table any time and the sharing stops.

YOUR NOTES ARE YOURS
What you write is readable only by you, and that's enforced by the database, not just the app. No analytics, no ad SDKs, no trackers. Nothing you write is sold or used to train anything. Export everything or delete your account outright, from inside the app.

Teacart is a journal, not medical care. It isn't therapy, a diagnosis, or a crisis service, and nothing you write is reviewed by a clinician. If you're struggling, please reach out to a professional or your local crisis line.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-06

A refresh for the cart, and a few new ways to make it yours.

Dumpling redesign - your dumpling has a new look, a little more character in every steam and filling.

Achievements - a few small markers along the way: a first week, a long run, showing up on a hard day. Nothing to chase, just a record that it happened.

Red envelopes - some days, filling your basket earns you a red envelope with a cosmetic inside. Never anything you already have, never anything for sale.

Custom tags - tag your entries in your own words, so your patterns line up with how you actually think about your days.

Quick adds - build your own shortcuts for the things you log often, so a full entry takes even less time when you need it to.

As always, thanks for bringing the cart around every day.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-28

Setting up a table works again.

In the last version, creating a table failed — you'd get an error and
nothing was saved. That's fixed.

Buttons now take your first tap. Naming a table or saving a check-in no
longer needs a second press after you've finished typing.

Forgot your password? You can reset it now. Enter your email on the
sign-in screen and we'll send you a code.

Plainer language throughout. One thing now has one name — a check-in is a
check-in everywhere, not a basket or an order or a slip. The tabs are
Home, Patterns and Table. Moods say what they mean: "Frazzled" and "Low"
rather than "Overcooked" and "Doughy".

The teahouse is still here. It's just stopped getting in the way of
finding things.
