TeachableMachine is such a great tool that everyone can create machine learning models with just a few steps. Unfortunately, the web version is not supported on mobile device and therefore we create this app to bring Teachable Machine to all mobile device users. Currently we support only image training. Simply gather data samples directly from webcam, or upload custom samples on your device, then train your model and instantly preview the result when done. On the website, there is an option to connect to your Google Drive to save projects, but on the app, I didn’t see anything like that. I don’t even think my projects are auto saved, which means that I have to upload all data in one sitting. Another thing about the app is that it is primarily set up for iPad. The UI scale is terrible on iPhone, and that would be a great fix. The final thing that I think would be most important is recording method for the pose and image options. It only lets you use the front camera, and that is super annoying. If only one thing gets fixed, I hope it is that. It is very annoying to have to somehow maneuver my phone into a position where I am not in the frame, but it is still recording what I want it to. After the review, the only reason I put four stars is because I think the concept of the app is really cool, and the tech support was fast. I emailed them about a sign in issue and they fixed it extremely quickly and kept in contact with me, which does not usually happen.
