Teacher Aide (cloud) is designed for use by individual teachers or co teachers of the same class.  The app stores data in the cloud, so the the teacher can easily switch between devices, such as an iPhone, iPad or MacBook.    Try out the app for free for 1 month with one class and see if you find it useful.  An easy to use attendance and grading interface makes record keeping in the digital classroom a simple process.  Additional features teachers will find useful are the seating chart, progress report and identification of student at risk due to attendance or academic performance.  An auto-renewable monthly subscription allows access for up to 10 or 20 classes  in each semester, and multiple semesters are supported.

Autorenewable Subscription Details
To access features after the 1 month free access, the user needs to subscribe to an auto renewable monthly or annual subscription.  This means the subscription automatically renews 24 hours before the end of the subscription date. Auto renewable subscriptions can be managed from the user iTunes account, and a link is provided in the subscription screen while in the app.  All future updates are included with the auto renewable monthly subscription.   The subscription may be cancelled for any future months, and the user will still have access to the data, only the additional features will be disabled.

Way too expensive. We’re teachers who are already paying out of pocket for so many things. Please consider creating a free version.

**Developer response:** No worries if you find it too expensive but do you really have to rate it low because of that?  I am an independent developer, not selling ads or user data, like Google and other large companies.  There are many costs associated with developing and maintaining an app, so it cannot be free.

I have an active subscription, but all attendances and grades appears in grey color. I can’t do anything in the app; everything it’s gray. I’m logged in, and I have my subscription active.

I believe you accidentally hit the button and that is why everything is in grey.  You can easily change it back.  I'm waiting to hear back from you have managed to get things back to how you wanted. I got this app because i need to exceeding charge, but I never knew that this app existed. I never knew an app for seating charts even existed until I found this app. This app can easily make me make my seating charts very easily with my apple pen by just moving the blocks, this is the best app ever. Very easy to use and makes everything so organized I definitely recommend. Thank you to this app!

I want to set expectations, this app is a bit to get used to at first. But that’s only because it does so much, and is so powerful!

The best part is the app developer is very responsive, and will answer any issue you have. I’ve been a user for four years now (before the cloud app was available).

This app is a dream come true! My only regret is not downloading it sooner. It does everything that I need it to do and so much more! It is so great to have my seating charts and grades available on multiple devices. As an elementary specialist with approximately 700 students, this app is an absolute lifesaver! On top of all of the amazing features the app has, the developer is very responsive to feedback and suggestions. I’m so glad I found this app!!

Great application. Suggestion, add the ability to add a PDF or photo to the assignment(s). For example, student got an 85 on assignment or test. Attached is a copy of the test or assignment. They can see what was wrong, it can be recalled and sent if needed. iPhones all have scanners built in, making it easy to do on the fly.
