The app started out working great, but one day I opened it up and all my students were on the main view of the classroom. I tried to hit the seating chart button but each time I try it tells me I need a premium subscription, which I already have. I figured maybe I should try to buy the premium subscription again but it said the payment wouldn’t go through, then when I tried again it said I already had a premium membership. I went to the support page and left a message as I was directed to do. Well, I’ve done this 3 times now and now one has gotten back to me. I am frustrated to say the least.

I have paid money as a subscriber premium yet I'm unable to login online or get help when I do not have access to features. I'd be worried about subscribing. I was excited to use this app, but it was honestly so frustrating. I tried to add students to a class by importing my rosters--I kept getting error messages saying the csv file wasn't formatted right, and nothing happened when I clicked the "guidelines" button in the app. I had to search for help on the FAQ section of the website, but the article was confusing and the template didn't work. After trying 5 different versions the app just began crashing after importing the csv file. So I tried logging into the website, since the app wasn't working...but my password was incorrect, so I tried to reset my password by entering my email address. I did this FIVE TIMES and nothing happened--no email, no reset, and I can't get into my account. Wasted about 45 minutes of my day.
