### 1/5 — Wichtigste Funktion mit Bug!

Nach dem Umstieg von TeacherTool Complete auf TeacherTool Flex kann ich in der Flexversion keine neuen Notenkategorien usw. anlegen. Damit ist die App völlig unbrauchbar.  6,99 € um nur eine Endnote eingeben zu können?

Das kann meiner Meinung jedes Tabellenkalkulationsprogramm besser!

Wieso kann man die Listen nicht mehr ausdrucken? Was soll das denn? Und wo bekomme ich dieses Zusatzmodul bitte her??????? Useless!!!!

### 3/5 — Gutes Konzept, doch Bugs

Ich nutze TT schon seit vielen Jahren (bisher TT 6), weil mich das Konzept und die Handhabung überzeugt hat. Doch dieses TT 7 ist langsam und hat Bugs. Manchmal lassen sich keine Punktzahlen eingeben. Oder die Punktzahlen sind plötzlich gelöscht. Teilweise zeigt er Felder nicht an und man muss es erst neu starten. Für das Geld sollte es besser funktionieren.

Eigentlich mag ich Teachertool sehr gerne. 
Mir ist es nun leider schon zum zweiten Mal passiert, dass die Daten alle weg waren und mein Passwort auch als falsch deklariert wurde, obwohl es definitiv richtig ist. Ich konnte die aktuelle Datenbank, die auf einem externen Server aus datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen gespeichert ist, nicht mehr laden. Die Version vor der aktuellen Version konnte ich dann laden, war aber ja leider nicht mehr aktuell. 

Auch einiger meiner KollegInnen ist dies schon passiert. 

Jetzt überlege ich, wieder auf Papier umzusteigen ..

Ich habe seit heute ein Problem damit, wie bisher über Finger ID ins Programm zu kommen, diese Funktion habe ich bislang immer genutzt. Ich schätze, dies hängt mit dem letzten Update zusammen und hoffe auf schnelle Behebung! Außerdem habe ich, seitdem ich TT 7 verwende, große Probleme in der Leistung des Programms, so zufrieden ich damit auch inhaltlich sein mag. Es dauert alles ewig, weil alles ruckelt bzw. nur zeitverzögert reagiert, was bei all den einzutragenden Noten wirklich mühsam sein kann. Bitte um Performance-Verbesserung!

### 1/5 — Noten verstellen sich - extrem unzuverlässig

Ich habe soeben die Noten einer Klausur eingetragen und wollte diese anschließend austeilen. Bei einem weiteren Blick auf die Notenmatrix fiel mir auf, dass fast alle Noten sich ins negative veränderten, aus 4ern wurden 5er, aus 5ern 6er. Die völlige Katastrophe. 
Musste anschließend alle Noten noch einmal neu eintragen. Beim wieder hereintabben in die Notenmatrix passierte das gleiche wieder. 
In der Form ist das Programm leider nicht benutzbar, schade…Und das nach so vielen Jahren zufriedener Benutzung von TeacherTool 6, welches einfach aus dem AppStore entfernt wurde.

Das Programm ist sehr gut konzipiert aber im Bedientempo unfassbar langsam. Dies war schon in Teacher Tool 6 so und hat sich leider nicht verbessert. Es gibt auch keine alten Datenbanken im Hintergrund, da nichts importiert wurde. Es ist auch nicht hilfreich, dass der Entwickler auf diesen Vorwurf in einer anderen Rezension mit Gegenkommentaren reagiert, in denen das Problem abgestritten wird.

Es war ein riesen Fehler, auf TT7 bzw. „Flex“ umzustellen - die App ist auf meinem iPad Pro (neueste Version) unfassbar langsam. Ich dachte, das würde sich nach ein paar Wochen oder Monaten einpendeln, aber es ist immer schlimmer geworden.
Glücklicherweise kümmert sich der App Store um verwahrloste Apps. Ich werde nun einen Refund beantragen.

**Developer response:** Die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit ist bei Datenbanken normaler Größe (bis ca. 400 Schülerinnen und Schüler) auf allen aktuellen Geräten kein Problem. Leider gibt es aber eben auch „verwahrloste“ (um Ihren Ductus zu verwenden) Datenbanken, in denen sich 1000 und mehr Schülerinnen und Schüler befinden, von denen ein Großteil gar nicht mehr unterrichtet wird. Bitte prüfen Sie also, dass Ihre Datenbank keine Daten von Personen mehr enthält, die Sie nicht aktuell unterrichten (auch die Papierkörbe bedenken) und die nur den Speicher- und Rechenzeithaushalt belasten.
