It seems that my subscription has not been fully canceled, but instead set to not renew for the next billing cycle. However, this is not what I intended. I was unable to find the information I needed, and I no longer wish to use the service starting now. Therefore, I kindly ask you to cancel my current subscription immediately and process a refund for the recent payment. Thank you for your assistance.
