My account was suspended without notice for “low retention rate.”

In South Florida, retirees wanting beginner Pickleball lessons will take 1-3 Pickleball lessons (transactional) just to start playing in their communities. Most of my lessons were new beginners and they were signing up regularly with high satisfaction scores.

Suspending me without notice and without understanding the market I service goes to show why I have no desire to continue with this app.

Don’t use this app if customer service is important to you. Had multiple issues with student message notifications not coming through, and after weeks and weeks of asking customer service to fix this simple issue, they still did not. They then promised me that someone from support would give me phone calls to help, but those phone calls never came. Use another app or service.

I’m always a bit skeptical when it comes to new booking/scheduling apps. But this one has surpassed my expectations so far. I don’t think it gets any easier than this. Creating your profile, setting your availability and scheduling sessions are a breeze. TMT gives you the perfect platform to be a successful coach and provide quality feedback with each client. My only wish would be for it to help create advertisement templates to use for social media or email marketing. First session went great!
