TeachTime is a smart studio management platform for private teachers. Manage your students, schedule lessons, handle cancellations and make-up tokens, track attendance, and communicate with students and parents — all in one place. Teachers can manage their teaching schedule, track student attendance and lesson history, handle cancellations with automatic make-up tokens, send real-time notifications, accept trial lesson bookings through a built-in leads center, manage group activities, and set cancellation policies. Students and parents can view upcoming lessons, book make-up lessons using tokens, receive real-time notifications, sign up for group activities, and manage their child's account.
